A Customer Visit from Tajikistan

In 2024, the Tajik Customs issued a public tender for cable seals and plastic seals. This project asked high demands on product quality, production capacity, and company qualifications.

To ensure the smooth execution of the project, the local customer actively sought a long-term, stable supplier with large-scale production capabilities and a sound quality system.

In August 2024, the customer visited Shandong Shengtang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection.

During the inspection, the customer focused on reviewing the company's relevant qualification certificates, certifications, and quality management system documents, and gained a detailed understanding of the company's R&D capabilities and industry experience in the field of security seals. The customer then toured:

Finished product inspection and packaging area
The customer gained a thorough understanding of each production stage, including raw material selection, mold management, tensile testing, numbering management, and outgoing inspection procedures.

Simultaneously, the customer focused on evaluating the factory's large-scale production capacity and order fulfillment capabilities.

At the production site, the company immediately created and printed customized samples based on the client's project requirements, including:  logo,  serial number, and barcode. The samples were completed on-site and delivered to the client for confirmation.

The client expressed high satisfaction with the product's appearance quality, printing clarity, and production response speed.

It is leaned  that the client inspected three security seal manufacturers in China.

After comprehensively comparing the companies' scale, production capabilities, quality systems, and on-site response capabilities, Shandong Shengtang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was ultimately selected as the project's supplier.

Both parties signed a cooperation agreement on-site, and the client took the customized samples for submission to the tender and final confirmation process.
